Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Subcontract Residential Replacement Installers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for replacing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) replacement projects with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC system replacements, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment, ensuring all installations are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to verify proper operation post-installation.
• Coordinate with property owners and project managers to communicate progress, and address any on-site concerns promptly.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to handle plumbing connections, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including installation procedures, parts used, and inspection reports to ensure quality control.

Requirements

• Proven experience in installation or service technician roles within HVAC fields.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC/R systems—including air conditioning units, heat pumps, and gas pack systems—and associated tools like ohmmeters.
• Demonstrated ability to perform equipment repair, welding, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting in a field service environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; drivers preferred for transportation between job sites.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, refrigerant handling and mechanical systems is essential.
• Ability to work safely at heights or confined spaces while adhering to safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and property owners effectively. Pay: $250.00 - $1,250.00 per day

• HVAC INSTALLATION: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• EPA Certification (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
