HVAC Installer

Yorkville Heating & Air Conditioning is growing, and we're looking for an HVAC Installer to join our team!

Whether you're looking to get started in the trades or already have some hands-on experience, this is a great opportunity to learn from experienced technicians, develop valuable skills, and build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

What You'll Do

• Assist lead installer with residential HVAC system installations.
• Help load and unload equipment and materials.
• Prepare work areas and maintain a clean job site.
• Assist with ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, coils, thermostats, and other HVAC equipment.
• Learn installation procedures, safety practices, and industry standards.
• Represent our company professionally while interacting with customers.

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC experience is a plus, but not required—we're willing to train the right person!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
