John H. Coleman Co., LLC, Knoxville’s oldest heating, cooling, electrical, and now plumbing contractor, is seeking professional HVAC Installers!

We have proudly been serving our customers since 1945 with QUALITY customer service and customer satisfaction. We primarily specialize in residential and light commercial properties.

We’re looking for hard working, dependable individuals with a positive attitude and good customer service skills. The individuals we are looking for must have a willingness to learn, be able to adapt to the ever-changing environment, and take pride in their work!

Responsibilities

• Install and remove residential and light commercial HVAC units
• Responsible for working with little to no supervision while completing jobs
• Have a knowledge of wiring, brazing, soldering, pipefitting, welding, and fabrication
• Perform installation of all metal duct systems
• HVAC retrofitting
• Zoning

Qualifications

• Work as a team but be able to independently work with little to no supervision
• At least 1-3 yrs. HVAC experience preferred
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects exceeding 50lbs daily
• Maintain professional appearance
• Have great customer service and communication skills
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Be able to work overtime as needed and with rotating on-call shifts.

We provide paid training, tooling allowance, and uniforms. Must have reliable transportation.

We are willing to train the right individuals to help you succeed!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:

• HVAC: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• driver's license (Required)
• EPA Certification (Preferred)
