Pay: $15 – $25/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays in the busy season

The Job

You’ll mostly ride along on installs and service calls — holding the other end, learning the trade, doing the work. Some days you’d run solo for supply pickups, equipment drops, or job site prep.

Real work: lifting equipment, attics, crawlspaces, ladders, sheet metal, copper, hand tools. Training comes with the job, and there’s room to take on more as you prove out.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license, clean MVR
• Willing to do real physical work
• Show up on time, every day
• Comfortable with hand tools
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• 18+

Experience helps — construction, plumbing helper, electrical helper, military, vo-tech HVAC. None of that? Work ethic matters more.
