QuietCool Home Services is launching a high-performance residential home services company focused on HVAC, ventilation, permanent lighting systems, and energy-efficient upgrades.

The Role

We are hiring Installer Helpers / Apprentices to support lead installers and develop in the

trade. This is an entry-to-mid level role with a clear path to becoming a lead installer.

You will:

 Work directly with a lead installer on residential jobs

 Learn HVAC, ventilation, and lighting installation

 Help keep jobs moving efficiently

 Be part of a team that works hard and takes pride in the finished product

This is not a slow-paced job—you’ll be expected to move, stay engaged, and contribute from day one.

What You’ll Be Working On

 Residential HVAC systems (furnace, AC, heat pumps, mini-splits)

 Whole house fans

 Attic fans and ventilation upgrades

 Permanent outdoor lighting systems (roofline / architectural / year-round lighting)

 Indoor air quality add-ons and accessories

What You’ll Do

 Assist with installs from start to finish

 Carry materials, prep job sites, and support the lead

 Learn proper install techniques and best practices

 Keep work areas clean and organized

 Follow direction and ask questions to improve

 Show up ready to work every day
