We are currently looking for an energetic individual with experience as an HVAC Installer to assemble, install, and repair commercial HVAC systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with HVAC materials including but not limited to sheet metal duct work, copper & steel pipe, high/low voltage electrical.
• Review, assemble, install, connect, and replace complete HVAC system in commercial buildings (package units, chillers, cooling towers, VRF, etc.).
• Assessing blueprints, codes, and manuals to install a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Use electrical testing equipment to check electrical circuits and components.
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks.
• Join pipes or tubing from the equipment to the fuel, water, or refrigerant source.
• Lay out and connect electrical wiring using hand tools according to the wiring diagram.
• Communicate with customers on how to properly use their new HVAC equipment.
• Comply with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and safety procedures.
• Be safety minded.

Job Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Vocational, training or apprenticeship of an HVAC program.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license and must have a clean driving record.
• Abel to drive and operate a company provided vehicle as required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., push and pull up to 100 lbs. daily.
• Able to work on scissor lifts and ladders.

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (prevailing wages can be up to $80.00 per hour when contracted)

Experience

• HVAC Installation: 3 years (Required)

License/Certifications:

• Driver’s License (Required)
• EPA Universal (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road. Travel to Customer sites throughout Southern CA daily
