HVAC Installer/Technician

In this energetic role, you will install, service, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems across a variety of commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Duties

  • Install HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and ventilation systems following schematics and HVAC design plans.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC/R equipment to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency.
  • Conduct repairs on mechanical components such as compressors, motors, pumps, and plumbing fixtures using appropriate tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and system diagrams to accurately install or repair complex systems.
  • Diagnose issues related to refrigeration (including ammonia refrigeration), appliance malfunctions, or property maintenance problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Operate a <PERSON> driver vehicle safely while transporting tools, parts, or equipment to job sites.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to provide exceptional service technician support in the field while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC installation, service technician roles, or property maintenance.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals.
  • Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems—including ammonia refrigeration—and plumbing systems.
  • Familiarity with HVAC/R systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and perform equipment repair or welding tasks as needed.
  • Mechanical aptitude combined with field service experience for troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues efficiently.
  • Valid <PERSON> driver license with a clean driving record; experience operating heavy or specialized equipment is a plus. Pay: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
