Responsibilities & Duties:
-
Installing & retrofitting HVAC Systems in existing homes.
-
Ability to continue growth within the company.
-
Need reliable Transportation.
-
Performing work on Residential Homes, Custom Homes, Multi-Family Dwellings
-
Will gain and continue knowledge to understand the layout of ductwork systems and Equipment.

Self-motivated and Self-Starter.

Works well under direction of supervisor.

Able to perform the work him or herself.

Reading Project Blueprints.
Requirements:
- 4 years experience in HVAC System Installation (Required)

EPA Certified (Required)

Able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
-
Must have hand tools and reliable transportation.

Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving.

Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently.

Ability to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces.

Ability to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders.

Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures.

Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.

Ability to walk on uneven surfaces.
-
Ability to work off of a ladder, sometimes at heights.
-
Ability to safely lift 40 pounds.
