Responsibilities & Duties:

• Installing & retrofitting HVAC Systems in existing homes.
• Ability to continue growth within the company.
• Need reliable Transportation.
• Performing work on Residential Homes, Custom Homes, Multi-Family Dwellings
• Will gain and continue knowledge to understand the layout of ductwork systems and Equipment.
• Self-motivated and Self-Starter.
• Works well under direction of supervisor.
• Able to perform the work him or herself.
• Reading Project Blueprints.

Requirements:

• 4 years experience in HVAC System Installation (Required)
• EPA Certified (Required)
• Able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions
• Must have hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving.
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also perform independently.
• Ability to work safely in confined spaces such as attics, basements, closets, and crawl spaces.
• Ability to work safely at elevated heights such as rooftops, ceilings, and ladders.
• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.
• Ability to walk on uneven surfaces.
• Ability to work off of a ladder, sometimes at heights.
• Ability to safely lift 40 pounds.
