HVAC Lead Installer

Delta Heating, Cooling, Plumbing is seeking experienced HVAC Lead Installers to join our Wilson, NC team. Lead Installers work with a helper to complete installations of heating and cooling systems (mostly residential with some light commercial).

Duties & Responsibilities Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems Team-oriented and hard-working Willing to work flexible schedule as needed Work well with Install Helper while maintaining high quality and timely job performance

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders
• Possess required hand tools
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications Minimum of 2 years HVAC installation experience CFC Certification NATE Certification a plus Ability to pass drug and background screening

• Clean driving record- MUST
• Clean Background- MUST
• Professional appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
