HVAC Lead Installer

We’re looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.

This role is focused on running install jobs, leading a helper, and completing quality HVAC system installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations
• Work with and manage an install helper
• Complete installs efficiently and correctly
• Communicate with customers on-site

Requirements

• 5+ years of HVAC install experience
• Experience as a lead installer
• Ability to run jobs independently
• Valid driver’s license

Pay & Benefits

• $32–$38/hour (based on experience)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Occasional weekends as needed

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Experience:

• HVAC Install : 5 years (Preferred)
• Lead Install: 1 year (Preferred)
