HVAC Lead Installer

Federal Way, WA | $35 to $50/hr + up to $5,000 signing bonus

We're adding another install crew and need a lead installer to run it. You'll have a real say in how we build it: job-site standards, apprentice training, equipment decisions, hiring as we grow. Real opportunity here. The lead installer role today has opportunity to become the install manager role as we scale.

What we pay

• $30 to $50/hr base, set by experience, certifications, and a paid trade test on day 2
• Up to $5,000 signing bonus: $2,000 at 90 days, $3,000 at 12 months
• New Sprinter van stocked and ready
• Fuel card and major tools provided (bring your own hand tools)
• Production spiffs on add-on work
• No on-call rotation, installs only

What you'll run

• Full residential heat pump, ductless, and furnace installs from rough-in to commissioning
• A 2-person crew including an apprentice you'll mentor
• Job-site quality, code compliance, and customer handoff
• Documentation in HouseCall Pro

What we need from you

• 2+ years of residential HVAC install experience
• Clean driving record
• EPA 608 certification
• Valid driver's license
• Strong on refrigerant work, low and high voltage, and ductwork
• Experience running a job site and directing a helper

Pays more

• Residential retrofit experience, the bread and butter of what we do

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
