HVAC Lead Installer

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Lead Installer to join our team, a locally owned and operated company dedicated to excellence in the home services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair various HVAC equipment. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and efficient climate control solutions for their properties. Responsibilites:

• Lead Installer will be responsible for installing new/replacement HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards.
• Lead Installer will be responsible to work on a variety of projects related to all HVAC work: Residential Air Conditioners, Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Boilers, Ductwork, Refrigerant Piping, Gas Piping and Insulation. Will also need to know how to braze, solder and weld components during installations or repairs.
• Lead Installer will be responsible to interpret construction drawing and cut sheets in the field.
• Troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions.
• Lead Installer must be versed in preparation, testing and start up of new HVAC equipment.
• Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC systems, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
• Assist with property maintenance tasks as required, including boiler maintenance and field service operations.
• Lead Installer will be expected to follow all established and normal safety precautions while on the job.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to all safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations and repairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or in a similar role within the field service industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of air conditioning systems, heating units, and property maintenance practices.
• Ability to perform welding tasks as part of installation or repair processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred for van driving responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
