Job Summary:
The HVAC Install Technician is responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality installations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, ductwork, and system troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:

Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to determine proper installation procedures.

Connect and test HVAC systems, ensuring proper functionality.

Install ductwork, piping, and electrical components as required.

Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation and compliance with safety standards.

Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal codes and regulations.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete projects efficiently.

Carries out additional responsibilities directed by leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

HVAC certification or relevant training (Required).

EPA certification (Preferred).
Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of HVAC installation experience (Required).

Experience in both residential and commercial HVAC installation preferred.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and industry regulations.
