HVAC Lead Installer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installer to oversee and execute the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial projects. The HVAC Lead Installer will manage installation teams, ensure projects are completed to high standards, and maintain compliance with safety and industry regulations. This position requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Installation:
• Lead the installation of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
• Ensure all installations are performed in compliance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning to confirm proper operation.
• Team Leadership:
• Supervise and train installation team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.
• Delegate tasks effectively and provide on-site guidance to team members.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Project Management:
• Plan and organize installation projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and material requirements are met.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and updates to management.
• Customer Interaction:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during installation projects.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction with the installation process.
• Quality Assurance and Safety:
• Inspect and verify the quality of work performed by the installation team.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify and resolve any installation issues or deficiencies promptly.
• Documentation:
• Complete required paperwork, including installation reports, time logs, and material usage.
• Maintain accurate records of completed projects for company and customer reference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
