What You'll Do:

• Lead HVAC system installs — from full replacements to ductwork and controls
• Wire and solder systems confidently and cleanly
• Diagnose and solve installation issues on the fly
• Keep jobs on schedule while ensuring top-quality work
• Work closely with team members and clients to ensure expectations are exceeded

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years as a lead installer — you’ve run jobs and made key decisions
• Pro-level skills in system installation, wiring, and soldering
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting schedules
• Natural problem-solver with a "get it done" mindset
• Customer-focused communicator who explains technical issues clearly
• Resilient and focused under pressure — someone who performs at their best when others might fold
