HVAC Lead Technician

Overview
We are looking for HVAC Lead Technicians capable of working on and managing residential new construction and remodel projects. We need someone capable of completing a wide array of projects without singular specialization.

Responsibilities.

• Install new HVAC systems as a lead member of new construction team.
• Work side by side with apprentices in training role.
• Present high levels of professionalism around clients and customers.
• Collaborate well with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Continuing education to improve skill set.
• Potential for out of town jobs occasionally.

Requirements

• Five years plus experience in HVAC as an apprentice or lead tech.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with HVAC specifics.
• Personal set of HVAC and construction tools. Larger specialized tools provided by company.
• Van, truck, or SUV in good working condition. $500 mileage pay per week.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of attending to service calls during peak season, knowledge of service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
