POSITION SUMMARY
Elevate the Maintenance team’s customer service, technical quality and customer service. Train and reinforce our company’s processes and procedures while improving profitability and customer satisfaction through strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to safety and performance. The ideal candidate combines hands-on HVAC expertise with the ability to coach technicians and improve key metrics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, train, and motivate maintenance technicians (through ride-alongs & performance reviews) for skill development, quality control and customer experience improvements
- Oversee scheduling, service agreements, and daily operations to drive growth and retention
- Ensure technical excellence, safety compliance, and adherence to company standards
- Plan and facilitate weekly training meetings
- Review performance data, trends and quality reports to identify coaching opportunities
- Address escalated maintenance-related customer concerns as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years of HVAC service experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge in maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
