Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This role focuses on HVAC system inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic service work for residential customers. The position offers an opportunity to grow with a developing company that values professionalism, customer service, and technical reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC system inspections and routine maintenance

• Replace air filters and check airflow performance

• Inspect heating and cooling components for proper operation

• Identify potential system issues and report findings

• Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary

• Install or replace thermostats when required

• Maintain service records and inspection reports

• Provide professional customer service during service visits

• Coordinate with management on service scheduling and follow-up

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC maintenance or service preferred

• EPA Section 608 Certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

• Basic understanding of residential HVAC systems

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage service appointments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with residential HVAC maintenance

• Knowledge of heat pumps and split systems

• Familiarity with smart thermostats (Nest, Ecobee)

• Basic electrical troubleshooting

Typical range in the Atlanta market:$22 – $30 per hour
