Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and diagnostics
• Communicate with customers professionally
• Perform HVAC repairs and troubleshooting
• Document work using company iPad (notes, photos, updates)
• Follow dispatch instructions and job workflow
• Work with management on warranty jobs and approvals
• Identify additional repair or replacement opportunities

Requirements

• HVAC experience (residential preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication skills
• Must be responsive and reliable
• Ability to use an iPad and follow job workflow
• Must be able to diagnose and complete jobs efficiently
