HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will ensure HVAC equipment operates efficiently, safely, and reliably while maintaining indoor air quality and minimizing system downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning, ventilation, and related mechanical systems
• Diagnose system faults and carry out effective corrective actions
• Conduct routine servicing, filter replacement, cleaning, and performance checks
• Respond to breakdown calls and perform emergency maintenance repairs
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures
• Complete maintenance records, service reports, and work documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in HVAC or a related field.
• Valid Qatar driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of local HVAC regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting
• Experience in preventive maintenance and fault diagnosis
• Ability to repair and maintain HVAC equipment efficiently
• Good understanding of safety standards and maintenance procedures
• Ability to communicate in English
• GCC maintenance experience is an advantage
