HVAC Maintenance Technician

Dadz Electric, Heating and Air is seeking a dependable and customer-focused HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, system inspections, and customer education while helping homeowners keep their heating and cooling systems operating safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Perform seasonal HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on residential heating and cooling systems
• Inspect furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Check system operation, airflow, electrical components, and safety controls
• Replace filters and clean equipment as needed
• Identify maintenance issues and potential repair needs
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Document work performed using company software and mobile devices
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and inventory
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Provide exceptional customer service on every visit

QualificationsRequired

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments

Preferred

• EPA 608 Certification
• Previous HVAC, construction, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical experience
• Experience using digital service software
• Knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and maintenance procedures
