A new and dynamic maintenance company in Dubai is looking for a skilled HVAC & MEP Maintenance specialist to build and lead our maintenance team from the ground up

About the Role:

You will be responsible for our daily maintenance operations, deliver high-quality service for HVAC, Mechanical, & Electrical parts,. You will ensure efficiency, safety, and complete client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct hands-on work including AC repairs, Duct cleaning, and general AC maintenance and repair.

· Manage tools and materials purchasing, maintaining optimal stock levels.

· Conduct quality inspections of completed work and update performance report

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and inspection procedures.

· Accurately estimate time, materials, and labor costs for jobs.

· Ensure strict compliance with all UAE health & safety standards.

· Communicate directly with management and clients, providing maintenance updates, cost estimates, and technical advice.

Who You Are (Requirements):

· 3-5 years of proven experience as an HVAC & MEP within a facility management or residential maintenance company in UAE.

· Strong hands-on technical experience in AC maintenance work.

· Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of Russian is a strong advantage.

· Valid manual UAE driving license is mandatory (to drive the company van).

· Strong leadership skills with the readiness to take full responsibility for the operations.

· Ability to estimate project requirements, manage time, and organize workflows effectively.

· Familiarity with UAE health & safety standards is essential.
