We are seeking an HVAC New Construction Professional for residential new construction and light commercial projects. You will assist with the installation of HVAC systems including:

• Split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
• Ductwork
• Thermostats, IAQ products, and smart home devices

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where craftsmanship, professionalism, and teamwork matter.

Responsibilities

• Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
• Test and inspect systems for proper operation
• Help customers understand system operation and maintenance recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Work safely in attics, crawl spaces, and changing job site conditions
• Collaborate with team members and follow company processes
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Team-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
