HVAC Operator

Key Responsibilities:

● Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling

towers, and ventilation units.

● Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.

● Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.

● Adjust system settings and controls to maintain appropriate temperature and humidity

levels.

● Maintain logs, records, and reports related to equipment operations.

● Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety procedures.

● Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and replacement of faulty components.

● Respond promptly to breakdown calls and system malfunctions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Operator or HVAC Technician.

● ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred.

● Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and preventive maintenance practices.

● Hands-on experience with large industrial or commercial HVAC units.

● Ability to read technical manuals and system drawings.

● Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

● Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
