Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and experienced HVAC Operators to manage, operate, and maintain HVAC systems across the facility. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment, troubleshooting skills, and experience handling large commercial or industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and ventilation units.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Adjust system settings and controls to maintain appropriate temperature and humidity levels.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports related to equipment operations.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and replacement of faulty components.
• Respond promptly to breakdown calls and system malfunctions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Operator or HVAC Technician.
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Hands-on experience with large industrial or commercial HVAC units.
• Ability to read technical manuals and system drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
