HVAC Parts and Inventory Coordinator

Parts, Inventory & Warranty Coordinator

We’re looking for a Parts, Inventory & Warranty Coordinator to help keep our operation running smoothly by managing parts inventory, vendor returns, and warranty processing.

This position is primarily an office and warehouse-based role, with occasional trips to local vendors to return parts or warranty items.

If you have HVAC parts experience and enjoy keeping things organized and accurate, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and track parts ordered for service calls
  • Maintain organization and accurate counts in the parts room
  • Verify vendor invoices and ensure parts are billed correctly
  • Process vendor returns and track pending credits
  • Process manufacturer warranty claims and track warranty credits
  • Stage parts and materials for upcoming jobs when needed
  • Conduct periodic service vehicle inventory audits to ensure trucks remain properly stocked
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
  • Work closely with technicians, vendors, and office staff to ensure parts are available when needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with HVAC parts, supply houses, or inventory management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to keep accurate records and track inventory
  • Ability to lift and move HVAC equipment and parts (up to 50–60 lbs, such as compressors and motors)
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong sense of accountability

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
