Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an HVAC Parts Quoting & Sales Support Specialist. This role is responsible for identifying purchased parts within HVAC systems, preparing accurate quotes for customers including pricing and lead times, and assisting with sales order entry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC components, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions or Responsibilities:
Identify Purchased Parts:
Analyze HVAC system documentation (e.g., drawings, BOMs, specifications) to identify purchased components and parts.
Quote Preparation:
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes to customers, including part pricing, availability, and lead times.
Customer Communication:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts, pricing, and order status in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Order Entry:
Assist with entering sales orders into the ERP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Vendor Coordination:
Communicate with suppliers to confirm part availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, and customer interactions.
Qualifications/Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in HVAC, parts quoting, or technical sales support.

Familiarity with HVAC systems and components.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
