Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Parts Runner / Warehouse Associate to support our field technicians and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for pulling, organizing, and delivering parts and equipment to job sites, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring technicians have the materials needed to complete jobs efficiently. HVAC experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Parts Running & Field Support

• Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to technicians at job sites in a timely manner
• Pick up parts from local suppliers as needed
• Ensure accurate delivery of materials based on work orders
• Maintain communication with dispatch and technicians throughout the day
• Operate company vehicle safely and professionally

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
• Pull and stage materials for scheduled installations and service calls
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse environment
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory tracking
• Load and unload equipment and materials

Administrative & Safety

• Maintain accurate records of parts movement and inventory usage
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and materials
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Strong organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Previous warehouse or delivery experience
• HVAC industry experience or familiarity with HVAC parts and equipment
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience using inventory management or service software
