Job Title: HVAC Procurement Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Procurement Engineer with strong technical and purchasing knowledge in MEP/HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring HVAC materials and equipment while coordinating with suppliers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of HVAC materials, equipment, and systems
• Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and perform techno-commercial evaluations
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for material specifications
• Manage vendor selection, comparison, and approvals
• Issue LPOs and track orders to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
• Ensure cost control and adherence to project budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in HVAC/MEP procurement
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, etc.)
• Experience working with MEP contractors or HVAC companies
• Good understanding of local UAE supplier market
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Preferred:

• UAE experience is highly preferred
• Candidates available in UAE for face-to-face interview will be given preference
