HVAC Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Project manager & Assistant General Manager Projects to lead our team in the HVAC VRF, Ducting technology, Ventilation technology of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project coordination, ensuring that all HVAC projects are executed efficiently and effectively while adhering to industry standards. This role requires excellent leadership abilities, as well as proficiency and technical expertise in VRF, ducting technology, Ventilation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project supervisors and technicians and to develop project schedules and timelines.
• Manage the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate project execution.
• Provide guidance and training to HVAC technicians and apprentices on best practices and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

• knowledge in understanding CAD drawings
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, ducting technology , Ventilation maintenance practices
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for effective project execution.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and development.

Previous experience in a construction site environment is preferred. Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
