We are looking for an experienced and motivated HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work on new home construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC projects for new residential construction from start to finish
• Coordinate schedules with internal teams, builders, and subcontractors
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer calls, requests, and concerns
• Communicate and record job progress for stakeholders
• Conduct job site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
• Provide field support and assist with HVAC installations as needed
• Assist with troubleshooting complex service issues when needed
