Site/Project Engineer – HVAC & SMS System

AWS Distribution is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Site/Project Engineer – HVAC & SMS Systems to manage project execution for HVAC and Smart Management Systems (SMS) in Dubai. The role focuses on planning, technical coordination, and ensuring projects are executed according to design, timeline, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, basic understanding of SMS systems, and experience coordinating with contractors, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise HVAC and SMS installation activities.

• Review drawings, technical submittals, BOQs, and project specifications.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

• Monitor project progress, manpower, and material usage.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, authority regulations, and safety requirements.

• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems.

• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and technical correspondence.

• Identify and resolve site technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• 2– 4 years relevant experience in HVAC and SMS projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of installation and commissioning processes.

• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documents.

• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

• UAE/GCC experience required.
