Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
HVAC Project Manager
to oversee residential HVAC projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project schedules, resources, and client communication. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage residential HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and other team members to ensure resources are allocated effectively.

Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.

Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including billing, filing, and other essential records.

Meet regularly with the program administrator to assess project status, discuss updates, and resolve issues.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and utility companies to ensure smooth project execution.

Collaborate with the core office team to define KPIs and streamline project workflows.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that client needs are met and any complaints are resolved efficiently.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, with a background in project management preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Smartsheets, Dropbox, and CRM software (Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, etc.).

Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contracting is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Competitive salary starting at $60,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses that can bring total compensation over $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
