Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities for HVAC systems and components (including ventilation fans, load centers, etc.) within commercial, institutional and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings/presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, order placement and project hand-off.
  • Work closely with the technical/engineering and product teams to ensure solution fit, accurate specifications and effective project execution.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients (consultants, contractors, developers, end users) in the HVAC/facility-services segment.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, forecast revenue, monitor margins, and ensure on-time delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, technical discussions and industry events.
  • Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, product developments, and regional regulations (Saudi building codes, ventilation standards).
  • Drive achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets for HVAC-project business lines.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 4 years of sales experience in HVAC systems, large-scale building services projects or technical equipment sales within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven track-record of selling into project-based environments (e.g., new construction, retrofit, facility upgrades).
  • Valid KSA Iqama and Saudi driving licence (must be able to travel to client sites across Riyadh and KSA).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to present technical solutions to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic (native) and English (business level).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Desirable Competencies:

  • Understanding of HVAC system components, ventilation equipment, air-distribution systems and building services.
  • Familiarity with Saudi market, project-procurement cycles and site-based selling environment.
  • Ability to support project-handover processes, coordinate with engineering, installation and commissioning teams.
  • Comfortable with presentations, CRM software and sales-reports.
