Designation : HVAC Purchase Engineer

Location: Ambegaon BK, Pune

Experience: 6 months to 5yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors for HVAC components, ensuring a reliable and high-quality supply chain.
• Sourcing: Source and procure HVAC materials, equipment, and components in line with project requirements while considering cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Cost Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best value for the company while adhering to budget constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all purchased materials meet quality and industry standards, with a focus on Daikin products.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Purchase Orders: Generate and manage purchase orders, tracking deliveries and ensuring accuracy.
• Cost Control: Continuously seek cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies in the procurement process while maintaining quality standards.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during the procurement process
• Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, new HVAC products, and supplier capabilities to make informed procurement decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of HVAC components and materials, especially Daikin products, is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,809.56 - ₹30,174.23 per month
