WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A COMFORT CONSULTANT

As an HVAC Sales / Comfort Consultant, you play an essential role in helping our company gain business through generating, developing, and following up on leads. Each day, you personally connect with clients and offer them the best possible solutions for their home comfort needs. After warmly greeting each client and answering any questions or listening to any concerns they may have, you thoroughly inspect the equipment. Then, you can recommend the appropriate products and explain their associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. When you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers.

To stay at the top of your game, you participate in all required staff meetings and trainings. You enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and that no two days are exactly the same. At the end of the day, you feel good about meeting and exceeding customers' needs and expectations.

• Minimum 2 years Residential Replacement HVAC Sales Experience
• Great at following up with customers
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
• Must be capable of understanding client needs, and favorably influencing their decision
• Be very familiar with the use of smartphones, iPads, email, and Outlook
• Good memorization skills
