HVAC Sales Engineer

Job Purpose
Drive sales of HVAC systems and solutions by providing technical expertise, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and marine HVAC markets.
  • Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to market strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–6 years’ UAE experience in HVAC equipment sales, estimation, or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of chillers, VRF/VRV systems, and energy-efficient technologies.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: As per company standards.
  • Health insurance and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
