HVAC Sales Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, preparing technical proposals, and achieving sales targets for HVAC systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements for HVAC systems.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Provide HVAC system recommendations based on client needs, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and project opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, HVAC design, or MEP sales (adjust based on your requirements).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and applications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving license (Prefered).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential HVAC projects.
• Knowledge of local HVAC standards and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
