HVAC Sales Engineer – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC project sales and business development, with proven experience selling Air Conditioning systems including Split AC, Ducted AC, Window AC, VRF/VRV systems, and related MEP solutions within the UAE market.

This role requires a proactive sales professional who can identify project opportunities, build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC systems, and related HVAC/MEP products
• Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and site engagements to generate new business
• Identify and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders
• Manage project-based HVAC/MEP sales opportunities from lead generation to closing
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure successful deal closures
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned
• Maintain strong pipeline management and accurate sales reporting
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business

Requirements

• Proven experience in project sales for MEP systems, particularly Air Conditioning systems.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical integration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Project management experience, including coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field preferred.
• Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects in the UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE codes and standards for MEP installations.
• Knowledge of project cost estimation and tendering processes.
