HVAC SALES EXECUTIVE

An HVAC Sales Executive drives revenue by identifying new clients, managing relationships, conducting site visits, and selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and services. They prepare technical proposals, meet sales targets, and provide solutions for residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Client Relations: Meet with architects, consultants, and clients to understand needs and present solutions.
  • Sales & Quotations: Prepare and present detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts for equipment and maintenance agreements.
  • Technical Guidance: Advise clients on energy-efficient HVAC products and system design.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets and grow the customer base.
  • Site Evaluation: Conduct site visits to assess installation requirements and troubleshoot.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Generally 1–5+ years in HVAC, construction, or technical sales.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Logistics: Willingness to travel to client sites.
  • Benefits:
  • Base salary + performance-based commissions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
