We are seeking an experienced AC–HVAC Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across Split AC, Window AC, and Ducted AC systems, along with associated MEP products, within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Split AC, Window AC, Ducted AC systems, and related HVAC/MEP products
- Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and site engagements to generate new business
- Identify and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project stakeholders
- Manage project-based HVAC/MEP sales opportunities from lead generation to closing
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure successful deal closures
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned
- Maintain strong pipeline management and accurate sales reporting
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
Requirements
- Proven experience in project sales for MEP systems, particularly Air Conditioning systems.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical integration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Project management experience, including coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field preferred.
- Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE codes and standards for MEP installations.
- Knowledge of project cost estimation and tendering processes.
