We are seeking an energetic, results-driven HVAC Service & Sales Manager to lead and grow our service and sales operations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and service plans to achieve company growth targets
- Lead, coach, train, and hold accountable a team of HVAC technicians and sales staff
- Track, monitor, and improve KPIs for technicians, including conversion rates, average ticket, maintenance agreements, and overall performance
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within service operations
- Ensure technicians are consistently presenting solutions and delivering strong customer experiences
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues proactively before they escalate into negative reviews
- Provide real-time support to technicians in the field, helping troubleshoot technical challenges and close opportunities
- Train and develop technicians in both technical skills and sales processes to improve performance and consistency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients, contractors, and key accounts
- Identify new market opportunities through analysis of industry trends and customer needs
- Utilize CRM and field service platforms such as ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, and Podium to track sales activity, manage pipelines, and measure performance
- Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns that generate leads and support sales growth
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to secure profitable business
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on HVAC systems and solutions
- Deliver regular performance reports to ownership, including sales metrics, technician KPIs, and growth initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in HVAC service management, sales management, or a similar leadership role
- Strong background in driving sales through service teams
- Demonstrated ability to track and improve technician KPIs and performance metrics
- Experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC sales and business development
- Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, Podium, or similar platforms
- Strong technical HVAC knowledge with the ability to support field technicians
- Experience training and developing technicians in both technical and sales skills
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a team
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Accountability-driven with experience reporting directly to ownership or executive leadership
