What You Will Do

As our Sales Manager, you will:

• Champion the expansion of our sales network through channel partners across Central Anatolia and neighboring regions.
• Drive strategic sales initiatives and grow our market share for Applied HVAC products including Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs).
• Build lasting relationships with consultants, clients, and stakeholders while delivering exceptional service and results.
• Analyze market dynamics—pricing, volume, trends, competition—and propose actionable strategies to senior leadership.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry in Turkey, particularly with Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs
• Proven success in consistently achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to work independently, think innovatively, and perform under pressure
