- Ensure basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair of all company designated equipment’s within the timeline assigned for the task
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in chilled water systems and air-side systems
- Knowledge of DX systems, VRF units, and other related HVAC systems
- Getting AMC customers and supporting sales billing
- Achieving service sales targets and proper reporting of the same
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Pre-qualifying a customer on site for After Sales Services – within or without Warranty
- Necessitating all documents if without warranty and raising invoices
- Coordinating with account, customer and team managers for service payments with necessary acknowledgements and feedback
- Responsibility for ensuring after sales services and sales are as per compliances and norms
- Report common complaints of customers to top management in order to address the situation for future reference
- Make recommendations to maintenance technicians and offer feedback on product developments, features and functions
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Conducting troubleshooting or repairs upon checking all documents if without warranty and raising invoices in coordination with the Sr. Site Engineer / HOD as per eligibility
- Generating customer goodwill and satisfaction in servicing the products supplied to ensure repeat orders and revenues for the company
- Responsibility for ensuring after sales services and sales are as per compliances and norms
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications within schedules
- Communicating the need for ordering and managing repair parts cycle times
- Administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records
- Maintaining daily communications with customers and site supervisors to ensure resolution of problems and proper follow-up
- Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service and delivery issues if matter is beyond your scope
- Identifying and participating in sales opportunities and identify new projects and sales leads
- Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area
- The ability to carry a toolbox and extend your services beyond regular working hours when services have to be offered even at odd times, day or night with your team
