HVAC Selling Technician

Location: Westminster, CO

Commission Pay: 18% on Repairs, 10% on Equipment Sales, 6% on Installs

Earnings: $80,000 – $150,000+ per year (performance-based)

If you know how to turn an A/C or Furnace tune-up into a repair or a replacement, this is the place where you write your own paycheck.

What You’ll Do

• Run maintenance calls daily.
• Diagnose systems, educate homeowners, and present clear options.
• Sell and perform repairs (18% commission).
• Sell and close equipment replacements (10% commission).
• Deliver clean, professional installs alongside our install team.
• Push yourself to beat your own numbers each week.

How You Get Paid

• 18% commission on repair revenue.
• 10% commission on equipment sales.
• 6% commission on equipment installs.
• Monthly contests and leaderboard recognition.

Earnings are uncapped. Average techs earn ~$80k. Strong closers make $100k–$120k. Top performers push $150k+.
