HVAC Service Coordinator

We are a fast-growing, family-owned HVAC & plumbing company based in Las Vegas. We work closely with major home warranty companies and pride ourselves on being honest, organized, and reliable.

We are looking for a strong, detail-oriented HVAC Service Coordinator who can help manage scheduling, authorizations, and daily operations to keep our jobs moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC service calls efficiently
• Handle home warranty authorizations (AHS, Choice, etc.)
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates
• Follow up on pending approvals, parts, and job status
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
• Help prevent delays and keep workflow organized

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC industry (REQUIRED)
• Experience in Service Titan (REQUIRED)
• Experience with dispatching and scheduling
• Familiarity with home warranty companies (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Experience with DispatchMe, ServiceTitan, or similar software is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
