Duties

• Schedule HVAC service appointments and manage technician availability
• Dispatch technicians and coordinate service calls efficiently
• Communicate with customers, provide updates, and answer questions
• Assist with billing and invoicing, ensuring accurate records
• Handle shipping and receiving of parts and equipment
• Track deliveries and manage basic freight logistics
• Enter and maintain accurate service records in company systems
• Monitor schedules and help improve workflow efficiency

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
