Urgent Hiring - Projects Coordinator - Female Bahraini

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle service inquiries, service requests, complaints, and provide updates
• Scheduling appointments for clients plan and assign daily technician jobs based on priority and availability
• Provide Technician Support job details and arrange required materials/tools
• Resolving issues that arise concerning the delivery of our services
• Maintaining and tracking clients' service records
• Monitor invoices, follow up payments, and generate quarterly reports.

Requirements/Preferences:

• Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Looking for Bahraini Nationality - Female only
• At least one year of experience in HVAC service coordination
• Proven ability to work as a team
• Excellent communication, organizational and record keeping skills
• Creative problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD350.000 - BD500.000 per month
