HVAC Service Dispatcher

HVAC Service Dispatcher | $18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm

Schedule: Monday to Friday | with occasional Saturdays during peak season

Position Overview:

• First point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to both homeowners and commercial clients
• Dispatch service technicians and schedule service calls,
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, and manage follow-ups
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current
• Log warranties and rebates, and provide customers with timely updates on service lead times
• Use Service Titan daily to manage scheduling and communications
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications / Experience:

• 2 + years of experience as a schedule coordinator, dispatcher, project coordinator, or similar office experience
• Advanced customer service skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
