We are looking to add a Service Dispatcher to our growing office team. This position is a high-impact role that works closely with our technicians and customers to ensure efficient scheduling, clear communication, and exceptional service delivery. Pay and Schedule:
- $19.00-24.00 per hour, depending on experience + bonuses

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, full time

Potential for limited overtime or flexibility in scheduling to meet seasonal demand
Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily service schedules for HVAC technicians using Housecall Pro

Communicate with technicians, customers, and office staff to keep operations running smoothly

Adjust schedules throughout the day based on emergencies, delays, and service needs

Support efficient routing, appointment coordination, and technician utilization

Maintain accurate customer and job information within the CRM system

Help identify scheduling conflicts and assist with operational problem-solving

Work closely with leadership to support team performance and customer experience
Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in dispatching, scheduling or coordination is required

HVAC industry experience or home services experience is strongly preferred (electrical, pest control, plumbing)

Experience using Housecall Pro or similar scheduling / CRM software is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person

Comfortable managing schedule changes, urgent updates, and setting clear expectations when plans shift

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of keeping schedules and operations running smoothly
